800 gr. of cod fillets
4 slices of lemon
2 bay leaves
1 large chopped onion
2 bottles of Bush Ambrée 12%
Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Butter a gratin dish.
Arrange the cod fillets with the lemon slices and the bay leaves on top.
Brown the chopped onions, add salt and pepper and add a little flower while stirring well.
Cover the onions with the Bush Ambrée, and boil.
Put in the fish.
Put in the oven for approximately 15 minutes
Remove from the oven and cover with breadcrumbs
Replace in the oven for approximately 5 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
